SEAALAS Vendors things are changing in 2018!

We're doing something a little different this year with our vendors. We don't any of our attendees to miss out on the talks that are being given, including you.  This year you won't have to choose between manning your table and catching a talk.

Vendor tables will be set up inside the conference space, lining the walls of the ballroom. This will allow you to maximize your face time with institutional members. We will have dedicated vendor time on Thursday, never fear. Dedicated vendor time will be from noon to 2:30 on Thursday, March 29.

This change means that setup will run a bit differently. Set up will be Wednesday night and prior to 8 am Thursday. For vendors not staying for the entire meeting, take down can occur between 5 and 5:30 pm Thursday, after the banquet, or before 8am Friday.  Vendors who will be staying through the end of the conference will be able to do booth take down immediately after closing remarks.
