Please note that annual memberships must be renewed prior to registration to get member registration pricing!

Individual Annual Membership: $15

In-person registration

• Individual Member: $275
• Individual Non-member: $350

• No in-person commercial partner registrations remain! Please consider a virtual registration (see below)!

• Commercial Partner Members: Your annual membership for $575 includes two participants at the in-person conference! Please use the commercial partner membership renewal to register. If you are not going to attend physically, use the "NO CONFERENCE" renewal option, which is $200. Email Deidre Wright (wrightdr@musc.edu) with questions!
• Commercial Partner Non-member: $625 (includes two participants, but no vendor table and no advertising)

Additional in-person registration options

• Wednesday ONLY (includes evening social event): $75.00
• Thursday ONLY (includes Award Banquet): $175.00
• Friday ONLY: $75.00
• Banquet ONLY (for guests or additional commercial partner attendees): $70.00

Virtual registration

• Individual Member: $50
• Individual Non-member: $100

• Commercial Partner Member: N/A (included with $200 membership)
• Commercial Partner Non-Member: $200.00 for annual membership (will grant access to advertising on Whova platform)
